A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Hello, I am Coach Michelle, and I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. Getting in shape and reaching your goals is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded.

I am an accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and Nutrition Consultant. I’ve been helping an array of clients, ranging from athletes to the everyday person since 2015. I use science-based and habit-based methods to help clients build strength, nutritional skills, and confidence leading them to achieve their goals.
